Bangkok: A Thai kickboxing referee has gone viral after a making a diving save to spectacularly catch a knocked-out fighter before his head hit the ground during a bout in Bangkok on Saturday.
Sittichai Ineiad was officiating a Muay Hardcore fight between So Sovarathana of Cambodia and Neymar of Thailand when So knocked Neymar out in the second round.
But before Neymar's head hit the ground, Sittichai dived and threw his hand under the unconscious fighter's head, and he cushioned it before the fighter lay sprawled out on the canvas as the commentators screamed: "super save".
