England: Five-time Forumla One champions Lewis Hamilton came to support his half-brother Nic as he made his Touring Car full season debut on Sunday at Brands Hatch.
The 27-year old, who has cerebral palsy, is stepping up from 12 races to a full 30 race season this year in a specially adapted car.
Lewis' younger brother refused financial help from the reigning F1 champions, and raised around £200,000 ($260,000 US dollar) in sponsorship to launch his most sustained bid yet for a racing career.
Nic claimed two top 20 finishes on Sunday to start his season in positive fashion and will next be racing at Donington Park on 27th April.
Lewis will be flying to China for the Shanghai Grand Prix on Sunday 14th April.
