Hyderabad: Anthony Joshua is the two-time unified heavyweight champion, having held the WBA, IBF, WBO, and IBO titles since December 2019 and previously between 2016 and June 2019. But it seems that is not enough to get a place in of boxing legend Mike Tyson's five favourite fighters.

Tyson, who was heavyweight king during 1990s, has grabbed boxing enthusiasts attention after he picked his top five current heavyweight boxers and snubbed British star Anthony Joshua from his list as he did not excite him.

"I respect Tyson Fury, I respect Deontay Wilder, I respect all of those guys. Andy Ruiz also, this guy named [Vasyl] Lomachenko - he's a f***ing animal, man. He's a master, it's like he's dancing. There's also Gervonta Davis, there's quite a few guys that are good fighters," he was quoted as saying in a podcast.

WBC champion Tyson Fury and former WBC champ Deontay Wilder were Tyson's first two picks. Tyson's list also included the name of Andy Ruiz Jr, who had given Joshua his first professional defeat back in 2019, followed by Vasyl Lomachenko.
