Bhopal: In the fourth day of 73rd Senior National swimming competition, plenty of records were broken.
Haryana's Shivani broke her own 200m freestyle record to win gold, whilst in men's 50m backstroke category, Karnataka's Sri Hari broke his own record to set a new national record of 25.58 seconds.
Whilst Sri Hari stood first in the men's 50m backstroke race, Karnataka's Rakshit stood second while SSCB's Madhu won third.
In the women's 50m backstroke category, Gujarat's Mana Patel won gold while Maharashtra's Jyotsana and Karnataka's Riddhima stood second and third respectively.
In the men's 100m freestyle event, Karnataka's Sri Hari won gold while SSCB's Anand and Vinay stood second and third respectively.
In the female team event, 4X200m freestyle race, Karnataka won gold, Maharashtra stood second while Tamil Nadu bagged the bronze.
In the 4X50m freestyle mixed event, Maharashtra won gold, while RSPB won silver and Karnataka stood third.
