Turin (Italy): Cristiano Ronaldo ended his lean streak as Juventus draw 2-2 at home against Sassuolo in Serie A on Sunday.

Juventus vs Sassuolo match highlights

With 41-year-old Gianluigi Buffon and 18-year-old Stefano Turati standing in opposite goals, this was the match among the youngest goalkeeper and the oldest in the current Serie A campaign.

Leonardo Bonucci had fired Juve into a 20th-minute lead but an almost immediate response from Jeremie Boga followed two minutes later.

Francesco Caputo capitalised on dual defensive blunders to give Sassuolo the lead but Juve piled forward in search of an equaliser and their pressure was rewarded when Ronaldo converted from the spot after Filippo Romagna fouled substitute Paulo Dybala.

It ended the Portugal forward's four-match goal drought and denied Sassuolo a first ever victory against Juve, although it was the first point they had take off their opponents in Turin.

The result keeps Juve top on 36 points from 14 matches, though Inter Milan can leapfrog them if they win their match against SPAL later on Sunday.
