England: David Beckham spoke in nine languages in the 'Malaria Must Die' campaign video launches on Tuesday - English, Spanish, Kinyarwanda, Arabic, French, Hindi, Mandarin, Kiswahili and Yoruba.

Well not quite.

Thanks to the help of the latest AI technology the former Manchester United star was able to 'speak' many different languages in his bid for everyone to 'Speak Up' against Malaria.

The special technology allowed CGI animators to make his face look like he's speaking in different languages and then added the voices of other foreign-language-speaking people.

The new campaign film produced by Ridley Scott Associates Amsterdam and R/GA London was produced in the run-up to the Global Fund conference to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria this October.

Last year world leaders pledged $4.1 billion (US dollars) in the fight against malaria, committing to halve malaria in Commonwealth nations in five years.
