Italy: Atalanta handed AC Milan their equal biggest defeat, with a 5-nil thrashing in Serie A on Sunday.
Alejandro Gomez scored a stunning individual goal and Josip Ilicic notched a second-half brace, with Mario Pasalic and Luis Muriel the other scorers.
The hosts were rewarded for a dominant opening with a wonderful solo goal from Gomez and ex-Rossoneri midfielder Pasalic doubled the lead shortly after the hour.
Ilicic drilled home in the 63rd minute and soon had a second with an exquisite effort as Atalanta - who completed the thrashing through substitute Muriel.
It was the fourth time Milan have lost a Serie A match by a five-goal margin and the first since 1998.
Meanwhile, Atalanta climb to fifth on the table with 31 points, while Milan are tenth.
