Lyon: Former Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is interested in becoming Lyon manager. The French Club, however, have shortlisted Laurent Blanc as their primary target.
As per reports, former France boss Blanc is the main candidate and is set to meet Lyon on Tuesday to discuss the role.
Wenger, who will turn 70 later this month, has already agreed in principle to take on a technical role at FIFA, however, his priority is to make a return to club management as soon as possible.
As per reports, Lyon want to announce their new gaffer by the end the week so that they can have a week to prepare for the next league game against Dijon at home on Saturday, Oct 19.
