London: Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola, ahead of Sunday's FA Cup quarter-final clash against Newcastle United, claimed no team in England have achieved what his side has achieved in the last few years.

"A team that win eight titles has passion in every single game, in every single competition and everywhere," Guardiola said when asked whether he thought City lacked passion in their Premier League season.

"No one in this country can say that. So, it is so difficult what we have done in the most difficult league by far in the world - to do what we have done" he added.

City were defeated 2-1 at Stamford Bridge by Chelsea in Premier League on Thursday.

When asked about the importance of Champions League for his unit, now that Liverpool have won the Premier League, he said, "Right now it is a priority (the match against Newcastle) because with the next game we can get Wembley again in the semi-finals, so Newcastle has these absolute weapons to punish us, but of course the important thing is this game. And after you have time to finish the Premier League as best as possible, to fight to finish second and make a good end and after that we have time to prepare (Real) Madrid. But now it is Newcastle, absolutely."

Talking about his future with man City, Guardiola said, "I am incredibly excited for this part of the season and then the next one and after we will see. So, I am incredibly satisfied to be in this club, to try to do our best and now it's time… I don't want to think too much far away."
