Weston McKennie scored the first goal for USA, while Chelsea's Christian Pulisic's brace helped the hosts guarantee their spot in the finals.
USA concecded their first goal of the tournament after Jamaican substitute Shamar Nicholson scored in the 69th minute to open the match. However, Pulisic's second goal settled the match for USA in what was seen to be a rematch of the 2017 Gold Cup Final.
Earlier, the match was interrupted for one-and-a-half hours due to lightning.
