Rashid Khan has become the first player in cricket history to take four wickets in four balls in an international Twenty20 during Afghanistan's 32-run win against Ireland in Dehradun.

His victims were Kevin O'Brien, George Dockrell, Shane Getkate and Simi Singh.

Lasith Malinga is only other bowler to achieve it

Sri Lanka’s Lasith Malinga is the only other player to do it, taking four wickets in four balls in a super eight game against South Africa in 2007 World Cup.

The Afghan spin prodigy became the first cricketer to take a hat-trick in Twenty 20 international. The first six hat-tricks in T20Is were all taken by pacers.

Rashid Khan claims his 2nd T20I fifer

The spin superstar finished his four-over spell with his second 5-wicket haul in the shortest format of the game.

Afghanistan's 3-0 clean sweep against Ireland in the T20 will be followed by five-match ODIs, starting on this Thursday.
