Manchester: Wet weather in Old Trafford here forced India to train indoors on Tuesday, two days ahead of their match against the West Indies in the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019.

India, along with New Zealand, are the two undefeated teams remaining in the tournament, though they were pushed to the limit by an unfancied Afghanistan in their previous match.

Rain forced India to practise indoor

The game against the Windies, who are already eliminated, may see India trying out players like Ravindra Jadeja - who is yet to play a game.

Jadeja and Vijay Shankar, who has played the previous two matches, had longer batting sessions in the nets.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar, who pulled his hamstring against Pakistan, was back to bowling, though in a light session only.
