WATCH: Bangladeshi fans speak to ETV Bharat ahead of Indore Test

Bangladeshi fans who have travelled all the way from their homeland to Indore, expressed that they want their team to give India a stern fight while also asking their team to play complete five days of cricket, a task which most of the visiting sides in the recent past have failed to achieve against the hosts.

Indore: Ahead of the first Test match between India and Bangladesh which is slated to be played at Indore from November 14, ETV Bharat spoke exclusively to Bangladeshi fans who have started flocking around the stadium from their homeland.

While the players from both the teams have started to practice at the Holkar Stadium, fans too were seen outside the stadium trying to cheer their respective teams.

Bangladeshi fans who have travelled all the way from their homeland to Indore, expressed that they want their team to give India a stern fight while also asking their team to play complete five days of cricket, a task which most of the visiting sides in the recent past have failed to achieve against the hosts.

Ahead of the match which begins from Thursday, both the teams are scheduled to practice on Tuesday and Wednesday. The upcoming test series also happens to be the second series that will be played for Ganguly-Durjoy Trophy and consists of two Test matches.

Further, this happens to be the first time Bangladesh will play multiple matches in the Test format in India.

India had earlier defeated Bangladesh in three-match T20I series 2-1.
