Bangkok: Reigning Olympic Champion Carolina Marin cruised to the final of the Toyota Thailand Open after beating seventh seeded An Se Young of Korea in two games, 21-19, 21-15 on Saturday in Bangkok.

The fifth seeded Spaniard moved one more step closer to clinch her back-to-back title in Thailand after winning last week's Yonex Thailand Open – another BWF Super 1000 event.

In men's doubles, sixth seed Lee Yang and Wang Chi-Lin from Chinese Taipei fought 50 minutes on court to bet second seeded Mohammad Ahsan and Hendra Setiawan of Indonesia 14-21, 22-20, 21-12 in the semi-finals.

Lee and Wang will face eighth seeded Aaron Chia and Soh Wooi Yik in the final on Sunday as the Malaysian pair past through Indian pair Satwiksairaj Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty in two games on Saturday 21-18. 21-18.

In women's doubles, third seeded Lee So Hee and Shin Seung Chan beat fifth seed Greysia Polii and Apriyani Rahayu, while fourth seeded Kim So Yeong and Kong Hee Yong eased past Chow Mei Kuan and Lee Meng Yean of Malaysia, setting up an all-Korean final on Sunday.
