Mumbai: After IAS aspirant Sanoj Raj, mid-day meal cook Babita Tade on Thursday became the second crorepati of Kaun Banega Crorepati season 11.
The winner of the episode who hails from Amravati district in Maharashtra chose to opt-out the game with the prize money of Rs 1 crore before she realised that she knew the answer to Rs 7 crore question.
Following her winning moment, Babita revealed: "I have never used a phone or a computer but I was aware of current affairs. I knew I could do this. But never thought I will come this far."
She further added: "The question asked for 1 crore win was very tough. It was old and I couldn’t recollect the answer. I had one lifeline left and had to use it. With its help, I won 1cr."
On being asked about the show's host Amitabh Bachchan, Babita said: "He has a confident attitude and he made me feel confident."
When asked how she wants to spend the lump sum money, Babita said that she wanted to build a Shivalaya.
She further said: "I also want to aide the students in my school. I want to get a water filter and also build a kitchen shed as they have a hard time eating during the rains."
On asking about her future plans, the winner said that she aspires to become a sales tax officer and therefore want to continue with her preparation for the competitive exams.
