Hyderabad: Television star Manish Raisinghan has reacted to reports of him having a 'secret child' with fellow actor Avika Gor with whom he has worked in popular show Sasural Simar Ka. Refuting rumours of him being in a relationship with Avika, the actor has said that they are good friends and will remain so forever. Manish has also revealed how his wife Sangeita Chauhaan reacts to such rumours about his affair with Avika.

Manish has opened up about his rumoured relationship with Avika and said that there is no truth to the 'absurd' speculation and added that he is 18 years older than Avika who is already in a relationship with Milind Chandwani of Roadies fame.
Manish in his interview with a webloid said, "This is one of the most absurd things I have ever heard about my friendship with Avika. Why can't two individuals be good friends? Why do they have to be in a relationship? Also, it's a fact that I am 18 years older than her."

He further added, "Avika will always be a close friend. She is in a happy relationship now with Milind Chandwani and it has been more than a year since I got married in June 2020. Sangeita and I laughed about these rumours."
Earlier, Avika had also refuted rumours of her closeness with Manish. The actor in an interview had admitted that the rumours did affect them initially but eventually they learnt to laugh it off. Last November, Avika made her relationship with Milind official on Instagram and also disclosed that she has no plans of getting married soon.
