Mumbai: After Parth Samthaan tested COVID-10 positive, television actor Shrenu Parikh revealed that she has been tested positive for coronavirus. The Ishqbaaz star took to social media to inform her fans and asked them to keep her in their prayers.
Shrenu took to Instagram on Wednesday to inform her 1.3 million followers that she is infected with the novel virus. The actor also urged her fans to take extreme care to safeguard themselves against the "invisible demon."
The Ishqbaaz actor posted a text note on Instagram that reads, "Hey everyone have been away for a while but the bu**er hasn’t spared me…was found COVID positive a few days ago, and I’m now recovering in the hospital! Keep me and my family in your prayers! And I’m very thankful to all the corona warriors who treat the patients compassionately during these scary times too…"

In the caption alongside text note, Parikh urged her followers to be cautious: "Even after being so careful if it can get to you then imagine the power of this invisible demon we are fighting with... pls pls be very careful and save yourselves!"
Soon after she posted the updates, well-wishers and colleagues showered concern and prayers upon the actor. Her comment section is filled with messages of speedy recovery from fans and followers.
Shrenu was home-quarantined in Mumbai during the lockdown as she returned from the US. According to reports, the actor drove down to her hometown, Vadodara, on May 6 after getting permission to travel by road from the authorities of both the states (Gujarat and Maharashtra).
The actor, who wanted to challenge herself after Ishqbaaaz, is now expanding her fan base with playing Jhanvi Mittal in Ek Bhram Sarvagun Sampanna.
