Bigg Boss 13: Arti Singh reveals she faced rape attempt inside her house

Bigg Boss 13 contestant Arti Singh narrated a hard-hitting experience, faced rape attempt inside her house at the age of 13. Besides Arti, Vishal Aditya Singh and Madhurima Tuli too shared their disheartening past experiences.

Mumbai: Bigg Boss 13 contestant Arti Singh recently revealed that she faced rape attempt inside her house at the age of 13. She narrated the incident as Deepika Padukone and acid attack survivor Laxmi Agarwal visited the BB house to promote Chhapaak and asked contestants to share some of the hard-hitting experiences that have shaped their lives.

Arti shared the incident details, stating how it happened and how the incident affected her mentally. Pointing out the panic attack she faced inside Bigg Boss house was related to it. The confession left all the housemates teary-eyed.

Madhurima Tuli and Vishal Aditya Singh also shared that they were molested during their childhood. Laxmi consoled Madhurima while Shehnaz, Sidharth and other housemates were choked to hear the incidents.

Rashami Desai also said that she was being taunted about being a girl. Deepika Padukone appreciated the contestants for sharing their vulnerability and moments.

Chhapaak, which released on January 10, collected Rs 4.77 crore on its first day at the box office. The film portrayed the story of the acid attack survivor Laxmi and her journey.
