Who's who of Bollywood to attend PM Modi's swearing-in ceremony

B-town celebs are ready to attend PM Narendra Modi's oath-taking ceremony. Many are on the way and some have already reached the national capital of India. They have expressed their regards and wishes to Modi for his historic victory.

Mumbai: Narendra Modi who has been elected as the Prime Minister of India for the second time is all set for the swearing-in ceremony which will be held at 7 pm in the forecourt of the Rashtrapati Bhavan.

Most Bollywood celebs have been spotted flying to Delhi to attend the ceremony. They have expressed their feelings and wished the Prime Minister for his victory.

Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, Hema Malini were papped at the Mumbai airport on their way to Delhi.

'Manikarnika' actor on her way to Delhi was snapped at the airport. She praised Modi and gave heartfelt regard to the PM, "People have loads of expectations from him and my warm wishes are always with him so that he can achieve all the goals he has set for the betterment of the country."

Anupam Kher, on the other hand, expressed his gratitude of being invited for the "historical event". "The country has chosen this government with a mandate. Kiran is a Member of Parliament of this government and Modi is taking the country forward. I am lucky that I am getting to witness and be a part of this historical moment," Anupam said.

Hema Malini while heading towards the Mumbai airport said, "It is a historic day for all of us after the victory of BJP. All credit goes to the dedication and hard-work of Modiji which impressed the people and led to the historical result. After my victory in Mathura, I feel happy that I am under the leadership of Modiji which has given me the opportunity to serve the nation. Modiji has a planned vision for the development of the nation and he will definitely achieve it."

Alia was spotted at Mumbai airport. She gave her good wishes and congratulated Modi for his success.

Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra landed on Delhi airport and told IANS, "Today, the honourable Prime Minister and his cabinet will take an oath to serve our country. I am humbled to be a part of this historic moment. The question is not what we expect from them. The question is what each Indian will do for their Motherland."

According to the sources, Kartik Aryan, Rajkumar Hirani, Shahid Kapoor, Anand L. Rai, Mahaveer Jain are likely to mark their attendance.

Akshay Kumar, Hrithik Roshan and Aamir Khan won't be able to attend the ceremony as they not in India. Also, Salman Khan won't be able to give her presence as he is unwell.
