Mumbai: Actor Hrithik Roshan has reportedly signed a deal for around Rs 97.50 crore for two apartments at a building on city's Juhu-Versova Link Road which will be transformed into a ‘mansion in the air’.
According to various reports, the actor has purchased two apartments one of which is a penthouse. The actor has plans to integrate these properties spread over three floors into one which is widely reported as a ‘mansion in the air’.

Mr Roshan reportedly closed the deal worth Rs 97.5 crore earlier this week. The apartments are on the 14th, 15th, and 16th floors of a building on the Juhu-Versova Link Road.

The apartment that offers a view of the Arabian Sea is spread across a combined 38,000 sq ft. There is a 6,500 sq ft terrace, and the family will have access to 10 parking spots. Hrithik reportedly paid Rs 67.5 crore for the duplex, which is spread across 27,534 sq ft, and Rs 30 crore for the 14th floor apartment, spread across 11,165 sq ft.
On the work front, Hrithik was last seen on screen in the 2019 action blockbuster, War, along with Tiger Shroff and Vaani Kapoor.
Fondly called the Greek God of Bollywood, Hrithik made his acting debut in 2000 with Kaho Naa... Pyaar Hai and since then he has been on a roll with big films as Dhoom 2, Koi... Mil Gaya, Super 30 and Jodhaa Akbar among many others.
