Mumbai: Actor Swastika Mukherjee, who will be seen essaying the role of Sanjana Sanghi's mother in Dil Bechara, took to social media to share a behind the scene photo from the film set.
The BTS picture shows Swastika sitting on a rickshaw with Sanjana as she holds an umbrella to keep her on-screen daughter safe from the sun, while director Mukesh Chhabra explains the scene to both of them.
Hopping on to Instagram, the Detective Byomkesh Bakshy! actor wrote: "Mothers are always over protective, be it the Sun rays or heart breaks or health issues. Once a mother, always a mother, be it reel or real."

This is not the first time that Swastika has talked about her bond with Sanjana.

Earlier, sharing an adorable photo with her Kizie, Swastika wrote: "Sanjana, Sanju, You will always be my Kizzie. My daughter. I wasn’t new to motherhood but when one works, we adapt to our surroundings (that’s what an actor learns over the years) and while we started working together, I never realised how a colleague turned into daughter like. Their upcoming film Dil Bechara, which happens to be Sushant Singh Rajput's last film, is an official remake of 2014 Hollywood romantic drama The Fault in Our Stars.
Penned by Shashank Khaitan and Suprotim Sengupta the film will be streamed on Disney + Hotstar on July 24.
