Mumbai: Over the past two months there have been different versions of 'truth' that have surfaced the internet regarding what had actually happened on the day of Sushant Singh Rajput's death.

There have been several inconsistencies in the statement put forward by Sushant's close aids including his flatmate Siddharth Pithani, cook Neeraj Singh and attendant Dipesh Sawant.

Going by the recent development in the case, a couple of WhatsApp chats that have currently surfaced online added a new twist to the ongoing case.

The chats from June 9 and June 14 apparently act as a clincher to the case.

On June 14, the day Sushant was found dead at his home, a message sent out by Dipesh at 10:51 am has provided enough fodder to raise eyebrows.

"Hi sir, SSR asked me to get in touch with you regarding the (company name)," he texted to one of Sushant's close friend.

To which he got a reply around 2:30 pm. Going by the chats, the close friend asked Dipesh if the Kai Po Che! actor, whom he referred to as "Bhai," was okay.

The timing of the messages exchanged raise concerns as multiple reports claimed that during the same time, four members were present inside Sushant's house were trying to open the locked door of his bedroom.

Meanwhile, a team from the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Monday once again visited the flat of the late actor to find the missing link in the case.
