Mumbai: For the past one-and-half-year the Roshan family has been hogging the headlines for one reason or the other. The latest being Sunaina Roshan, sister of Hrithik Roshan, who came out with the statement that she is being tortured and mentally harassed by the family over her affair with a Muslim guy. She even went to extent of saying that her brother Hrithik, whom she adores, is not standing by her side.
Ruhail Amin is a Muslim journalist who resides in Delhi. The Roshans have difficulties in accepting him. According to Sunaina, her father Rakesh Roshan has branded Rahul 'a terrorist'.
Obviously, the Roshans are not happy with Rahul's background and they don't want to give their daughter to Rahul.
Who's Ruhail Amin
A drop out from Columbia University, Rahul is now a Delhi-based journalist. Both Rahul and Sunaina got to know each other a year ago through Facebook. Defending Rahul, Sunaina said that if he was a criminal then Rahul wouldn't have been appointed by big media outlets.
Ranaut Sisters
Kangana Ranaut's sister Rangoli Ranaut in her tweets has criticised the Roshan family for cornering Sunaina. She accused the Roshans saying that the family that can manhandle their daughter and the brother who doesn't stand by his promises should feel ashamed. They can't stop her from meeting her Muslim friends.

Speaking to a leading portal Rahul said it is saddening that he is been stated as a terrorist just because he is a Muslim. "It is unacceptable when someone calls you a terrorist based on your identity. They are promoting extremism in the name of religion and residence. Sunaina wants to give a new start and wants the support of her family.”
In the time of crisis, ETV Bharat had the scope to talk notable journalist Vickey Lalwani who happened to be the immediate neighbour of Roshan Family. In the telephonic conversation, Vicky revealed that whatever had happened in the Roshan family, be it Hrithik-Suzanne's relationship or Kangana-Hrithik's controversy. It was all different. The case of Sunayna should be seen individually and must be treated with care because she is emotionally disturbed.
"She once had high-fever, after which she has not been the same as before. In such a situation, a person can become aggressive, sometimes happy and even at times out of control, as it has happened this time with Sunaina maybe. Eventually, it becomes very difficult to normalize it."
He further said that in the last few days Sunaina had been visiting to the hospital on and off. She demanded that she should be given a separate house. She should be allowed to go out with friends which, in reality, is not possible because she had become alcoholic and was in rehab too when Rakesh Roshan was diagnosed with cancer. So sending her out and let her drink again would have been risky.
Vickeyfurther added that tweets from Kangana or Rangoli are doing nothing but igniting the situation which is ultimately harmful for Sunaina.
He said: "I think we are doing all the misuse of social media. We usually become personal which is happening in this case too."
He further added that whether it be any match between India and Pakistan or any debate or discussion taking place we get personalized everywhere.
He also clarified that Kangana has the right to say anything to Hrithik but at the moment there is absolutely no need to comment on personal issues. It should be kept out of Sunaina's case until she gets better.
He also said: "Sunaina is a very brave girl. He has overcome cancer 10 years ago. So it is better to remain silent in this case until she becomes healthy, physically and mentally."
