Hyderabad: Bollywood paparazzi chase the stars day in, day out to catch a glimpse of them. The images and videos captured by them are fodder for webloids but what leaves actors amused is their presence of mind and humour that often make headlines. Recently, Bollywood diva Deepika Padukone also witnessed the funny side of photogs in Mumbai.
On Thursday, Deepika stepped out to visit filmmaker Dinesh Vijan's Maddock Films' office in Santacruz West. Donning a plain athleisure look, the actor posed briefly for the photogs before heading in. Clad in a black tank top with matching sweatpants and sneakers, Deepika added a dash of vintage fashion with a green and black checkered scrunchie.

Obliging paps, Deepika smiled and waved from a distance. Paps, who always want more of the celebrities kept requesting Padukone for more pictures. While she was headed for the lift, a pap made a funny comment and said, "Deepika ji piche to dekho" which apparently reminded the actor of Pakistan's meme sensation Ahmad Shah's viral video. Amused by pap's words, the actor actually turned around and smiled at the lensmen before stepping into the elevator.
Meanwhile, Deepika recently wrapped up shooting of Shakin Batra's next. The actor also has Shah Rukh Khan's Pathan on the floor while she is yet to join the shoot of Nag Aswin's sci-fi co-starring Prabhas and Amitabh Bachchan. Padukone has also announced Hindi remake of Hollywood film The Intern for which she will also be donning the producer's hat.
