Mumbai: After announcing his production debut with Meeku Mathrame Cheptha, Vijay Deverakonda shared the first look poster of his film featuring Tharun Bascker and Abhinam Gomatan.
Meeku Mathrame Cheptha will be helmed by debutant Shameer Sultan under Vijay's production house King Of The Hills.
King Of The Hills aims at introducing new talent to the industry. Vijay earlier stated that he decided to start a production house when he found out that it's not easy to get a break into the industry.
The lead role in the film will be played by filmmaker Tharun Bhascker who launched Vijay as a leading actor in Pelli Choopulu.
Interestingly, Tharun who gave Vijay, the first leading role of his career will now be giving the filmmaker his first lead role as he has earlier done supporting roles only.

Taking to his Instagram story, the Arjun Reddy actor shared the first look poster of the film giving a shoutout to Tharun for launching him into the world of Telugu cinema 'herodom'.
Earlier, Vijay made the title announcement in a unique style with a hilarious video featuring him and Tharun.

Meeku Mathrame Cheptha is said to be a new-age comedy-drama. However, further details regarding the film are under tight wraps.
On the acting front, Vijay was last seen in Bharat Kama's Dear Comrade alongside Rashmika Mandanna.
He has signed up his next with Puri Jagannadh's upcoming directorial venture. The film will be jointly bankrolled by Puri Jagannadh and Charmme Kaur. Vijay and Puri's maiden collaboration will be a Lavanya presentation.
