The screening of 'Mission Mangal' was family movie outing for Twinkle Khanna as she stepped out for the special screening of hubby Akshay Kumar's just released film 'Mission Mangal'.

Mumbai: Ahead the release of Akshay Kumar's 'Mission Mangal', his wife Twinkle Khanna son Aarav and daughter Nitara attended a private screening of the film here on Wednesday.

Looking pretty as ever, Mrs. Funnybones aka Twinkle was papped with kids at Yash Raj Films. Besides the family of Akshay, his friends form film industry too attended the screening day prior to film's release.

Kreeti Sanon, Sajid Nadiadwala and his wife Warda were among the attendees who enjoyed the the film before the audience can watch it in theaters.

In Jagan Shakti directorial, Akshay plays senior scientist Rakesh Dhawan, who leads the team dominated by women scientists in their mission to Mars.

On this Independence Day Akshay's 'Mission Mangal' and John Abraham's 'Batla House' have embarked to explore two different shades of realism in a bid to define what it means to be a patriot.

'Mission Mangal' marks Akshay and R Balki's second collaboration as co-producers after 'Pad Man' which was also directed by latter.
