Twinkle remembers father Rajesh Khanna on 77th birth anniversary

Twinkle Khanna, who shares the same date of birth as that of her father Rajesh Khanna, remembers the legendary actor on his birth anniversary today. She has also shared a throwback picture on social media in memory of her late father.

Mumbai: Actor turned writer Twinkle Khanna remembered her father and legendary actor Rajesh Khanna as he marked his 77th birth anniversary on Sunday.

Twinkle, who shares her birthday with that of her father, took to social media to post a picture of the veteran actor from one of his movies.

In the picture shared on Twitter by the actor, the late star is seen wearing a bright shawl flaunting an ever-charming glow on his face.

Besides, Twinkle the former Member of Parliament and veteran actor Shatrughan Sinha also paid homage to the late actor by sharing throwback pictures from the golden era.

Born on December 29, 1942, in Amritsar, Rajesh Khanna made his debut with the 1966 release Aakhri Khat. The Padma Bhushan awardee passed away on July 18, 2012.
