In her latest interview with a magazine, Priyanka has said that she enjoyed the time that she got to spend with her husband Nick Jonas at home but when there was no end in sight, she understood the gravity of the situation.

Sharing what it felt like going back on the sets, Priyanka said, "I spent six months at home feeling really safe with my family, and then Germany was the first time I left to go work. For the UK schedule, Nick and her mother Madhu Chopra accompanied her and helped her settle down. "He, my mum, my family came with me and we spent Christmas and New Year’s together while I was filming. It was really nice to not have to come back to an empty home. Nick wanted to help me settle in. Then, when everyone left, I got on to Citadel," Chopra shared.

The actor has also revealed that for the past two decades she has only focused on work and in the coming years she would work towards striking a balance between work and family. "I spent the last 20 years predominantly on this winning racehorse of my career and now I see myself balancing both sides of my life," she said.

Priyanka's lineup of upcoming films also includes Farhan Akhtar's directorial Jee Le Zaraa. The road trip drama will co-star Katrina Kaif and Alia Bhatt in lead roles.
