Hyderabad: Taapsee Pannu, who is currently basking in the success of 'Badla' is all set to resume working with her 'Manmarziyaan' co-star Abhishek Bachchan. The conjecture is that the duo will be seen romancing for Sanjay Leela Bhansali's film based on love saga of Sahir Ludhianvi and Amrita Pritam.
According to a newswire, SLB has approached Taapsee to play Amrita and Abhishek to play Sahir in the biopic based on the poets.
As per a daily, “Both Abhishek and Taapsee have loved the story and are looking forward to collaborating again. However, they are yet to sign on the dotted line. Once the formalities are locked, they will begin prep.”
Lately, in an interview, SLB also said that has given writer-director Jasmeet Reen enough time to explore and work on the script.
Meanwhile, SLB has roped in Salman Khan and Alia Bhatt for 'Inshallah' which is touted as an epic romance drama.
