Moreover, the police have also not found anything sensational in the case after meeting the forensic team.

Sushant Singh Rajput died by suicide in his Mumbai apartment on June 14. He was said to be under stress and depression for some months.

Meanwhile, several netizens, celebrities and politicians are urging that Sushant's death case be handed over to CBI for further enquiry. Many suspect a foul play despite postmortem report citing that he died of 'asphyxia due to hanging'.

Last week, superstar Salman Khan's former manager Reshma Shetty was called to record her statement. She was questioned at the Bandra police station for about five hours. Apart from Salman, Reshma had been associated with A-lister like Akshay Kumar, Alia Bhatt among others.

The Kedarnath starrer's death has reignited the debate around nepotism and favouritism in Bollywood. Rajput's fans are demanding a CBI probe into his death to ensure a fair investigation.
