Muzaffarpur: Another complaint has been filed against Sushant Singh Rajput's rumoured girlfriend and actor Rhea Chakraborty in the Chief Judicial Magistrate's Court in Muzaffarpur, Bihar in relation to the death of Bollywood's rising actor.
The complaint has been lodged by Kundan Kumar, a resident of Patahi.
In the complaint, he alleged that Rhea Chakraborty was completely using Sushant's sources to her advantage.
Kundan Kumar further alleged that Sushant had decided to take the vows with Rhea. But, the latter ended the relationship with Sushant.
Besides, Rhea also used call Sushant and provoke him in several ways, due to which he went into depression and was forced to take such an extreme step, according to Kundan.

Meanwhile, advocate Kamlesh Kumar stated that a case has been registered under sections 420 and 306, in which the maximum punishment in the case could be up to 10 years. The court has fixed a hearing on June 24, 2020.
Earlier, a case has been registered against several prominent people including Salman Khan and Karan Johar in Muzaffarpur in relation to Sushant Singh Rajput's suicide case.
