Hajipur: Another complaint has been filed against eight people including director Karan Johar, actor Salman Khan and Sajid Nadiadwala in the suicide case of actor Sushant Singh Rajput in a court of Vaishali district of Bihar.
BJP leader Dr. Ajit Kumar has slapped a defamation suit against superstar Salman Khan, Karan Johar, Ekta Kapoor, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Aditya Chopra, Sajid Nadiadwala, Bhushan Kumar and Dinesh Vijan in the court of Hajipur Chief Judicial Magistrate on Tuesday.
The complaint filed by Ajit through his advocates Shiv Kumar, Shambhu Nath Singh and Shiv Pratap Mishra alleged that Sushant did not commit suicide, but a consistent conspiracy and mental torture forced the talented actor to take an extreme step.
In the complaint letter No. C1-119 / 2020, the accused have been charged under Sections 306, 109, 420, 504, 506.

"We will give justice to Sushant at all costs. This battle will be fought in a Gandhian way," Dr. Ajit Kumar said, further adding that the next hearing of the case has been fixed for July 8.
Earlier, advocate Sudhir Kumar Ojha had lodged a complaint in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate regarding the suicide of late actor Sushant Singh Rajput in Muzaffarpur.
Many people including film actor Salman Khan, producer Sanjay Leela Bhansali have been accused in that too.
