Spare elderly the vile nonsense: Swara to Kangana

Actor Swara Bhasker, who often indulges in a war of words with Kangana Ranaut, has requested the Queen actor to 'spare elderly the vile nonsense.' Swara's comment has come after Kangana misidentified an elderly Sikh woman as Bilkis Bano of Shaheen Bagh and opined that she was available for any rally for Rs 100.

Mumbai: Actors Swara Bhasker and Kangana Ranaut are two outspoke ladies of Bollywood who often unleash savage Twitter attacks on each other. The two have different political ideologies which serve as the root cause of their most debates if not all.

These days, Swara has reasons to celebrate as her latest Netflix web series Bhaag Beanie Bhaag is receiving rave reviews. More than the positive reviews, it is Diljit Dosanjh calling out Kangana on Twitter which apparently is giving more joy to Bhasker.

Swara in recent chitchat with a portal said that she would Kangana to "spare elderly the vile nonsense" and target her contemporaries if she must fight. The actor also said that Kangana's utter disrespect for the elderly bothers her the most.

"Her comments on Jaya Bachchanji and other senior actresses were not just distasteful it was utterly disrespectful and badtameez. She has spread slander against Bilkis Bano and Shaheen Baugh Dadis and what she said about Mahinder Kaur ji was also not just inaccurate lies but to say about an elderly farmer that she is 'available for 100 Rupees.' It’s just sickening! Totally unacceptable," said Swara who has worked with Kangana in Tanu Weds Manu and Tanu Weds Manu Returns.

The Veere Di Wedding actor also lauded Diljt for speaking out against Kangana, who she thinks has "become synonymous with spewing poisonous fiction."
