Mumbai: Shweta Basu Prasad and Saqib Saleem have come together for Comedy Couple, a quirky upcoming film helmed by Nachiket Samant.
While further details regarding the project are yet to come out, the makers have dropped glimpse of the film featuring the lead pair.
Nachiket, who has earlier directed Marathi films like Gachchi, Habaddi and Good Buddy Gadbadi is all set to for his Hindi feature debut with Comedy Couple. The upcoming film will mark Nachiket's second collaboration with Yoodlee Films after Habaddi.

Meanwhile, Shweta has also bagged a new web series titled Dr. Donn. In the show which will stream on ALTBalaji and ZEE5, Shweta will be seen playing the character of a lawyer, Rekha, a no-nonsense person and one who doesn't get influenced by anything.
Saqib, who was last seen on screen in Salman Khan starrer Race 3, has Kabir Khan's sports drama 83 coming up next. In the film that narrates the story of India's first-ever World Cup cricket victory in 1983, Saqib plays all-rounder Mohinder Amarnath, who was vice-captain of the World Cup-winning squad.
