Hyderabad: Shahid Kapoor is uniting with filmmaker duo Raj & DK for his digital debut is known. The cast and crew of the film have reached Goa to commence shooting for the show and before they kickstart the schedule, Shahid took to social media to introduce the leading lady of the project.
Shahid took to his Instagram stories to share a selfie with Raashi Khanna and wrote, "Raashi Khanna welcome on board and thanks for letting me be part of your selfie. I feel blessed." Raashi, who marked his Bollywood debut with John Abrahamstarrer Madras Cafe, later moved to the South and earned a name for herself in the Telugu film industry.

Though the makers have taken the show on floors official announcement about the project is yet to be made. According to reports, the show is titled Gavar (illiterate) and will also mark the OTT debut of Tamil superstar Vijay Sethupathi. The show will be shot at various locations in Mumbai and Goa. For the pan-India show, Raj and DK are aiming to project Shahid and Vijay in a never seen before role.
Earlier in the day, Shahid had shared a picture with Raj & DK and dropped some details about the show as she wrote, "It's taking off...These bad boys got a hard vibe and dark plan."
