Hyderabad: Ranbir Kapoor and Sandeep Vanga Reddy have joined hands for a T-Series production which is reportedly titled Animal. The latest to join the team is none other than Sara Ali Khan.

Though the film is not announced yet reports of it being a gangster drama have already surfaced online. Sandeep, who delivered a blockbuster hit, Kabir Singh, with T-Series will be reuniting with the banner for a rustic gangster drama starring Ranbir as a lead. While the makers are keeping the project under wraps, a leading webloid has reported that Sara is being roped in to play RK's love interest in Animal.

The Kedarnath star has not bagged the project as yet. The makers are auditioning for the female lead and Sara too has gone through the process. While some of the big names are running contenders for the female lead, Sara is reportedly a strong contender for the part.

The film will go on floors once Ranbir wraps up Brahmastra, Shamshera and Luv Ranjan's romantic comedy with Shraddha Kapoor. Meanwhile, Sara, who was last seen in digitally-released Coolie No 1, has just wrapped Anand L Rai's Atrangi Re in which she will be seen sharing screen space with superstars Akshay Kumar and Dhanush.
