Salman Khan starrer Inshallah won't release on Eid 2020

Salman Khan and Alia Bhatt starrer upcoming film Inshallah will not release on Eif 2020. The actor shared the news on Twitter.

Mumbai: Fans have to wait a little longer to see Salman Khan and Alia Bhatt in Sanjay Leela's next big project Inshallah.

Inshallah which was scheduled for Eid 2020 release has been pushed further. However, Salman will come up with another project for Eid which will be another treat for his fans.

Taking to his Twitter, Salman shared the news while hinting at a new project for Eid 2020.

Salman has collaborated with Bhansali after 19 years of Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam (1999). He first worked together in the filmmaker's debut movie 'Khamoshi: The Musical' (1996). The Dabangg actor also had a brief cameo in Ranbir Kapoor's debut film Saawariya (2007).

On the other hand, Alia will be teaming up with the ace filmmaker for the first time. The shooting for Inshallah was supposed to begin in September after the wrap up of Salman starrer Dabangg 3.

Inshallah will be Bhansali's next big project after 2018 hit release Padmaavat starring Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, and Shahid Kapoor.

Bhansali will also be composing music for Inshallah after winning accolades for the soundtrack of Padmaavat.

Meanwhile, Salman is busy shooting for Dabangg 3 in Rajasthan. The third instalment to the superhit Dabangg series is being helmed by Prabhu Deva under the banner of Salman Khan films and Arbaaz Khan Production.

Alia will be seen in Brahmastra alongside her rumoured boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor which will hit the big screens in 2020.
