Mumbai: Superstar Salman Khan and his brother-in-law Aayush Sharma will be seen sharing screen space in Mahesh Manjrekar's upcoming directorial venture Antim which went on floors on December 6.
Salman launched Aayush with 2018 release Loveyatri which received a lukewarm response from audience and critics. Their next film together is apparently an attempt to boost Aayush's career as an actor. In the film directed by Mahesh, Salman will be seen playing a Sikh cop while Aayush essays a dreaded gangster.

According to reports, Antim's shoot began on November 16 in Pune with an important chase sequence and then the team canned some more scenes in Karjat. Actor Nikitin Dheer has also joined the cast in a gangster role.

In the ongoing schedule, the unit is aiming to capture Salman and Aayush's confrontation scenes. "While the cop is a serious guy, there is an underlying tone of dark humour to the character that is Mahesh Manjrekar’s trademark," a leading webloid quoted a source as saying.

The Dabangg actor will be shooting throughout December except for his annual birthday leave as the team is aiming to wrap the film by mid-January.
Besides Antim, Aayush, who is married to Salman's younger sister Arpita Khan, will yet again share screen space with the superstar in Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali. He also has Kwatha with Katrina Kaif''s sister Isabelle coming up next.
