Mumbai: As PM Narendra Modi proceeded with his oath-taking ceremony as the 15th Prime Minister of India and introduced his cabinet on May 30, Salman Khan sent his best wishes and congratulated the PM Narendra Modi.
'Sultan' actor shared a tweet today congratulating the honourable Prime Minister for the formation of the cabinet which he termed as a 'splendid team'. He quoted, " Honourable Prime Minister, congratulations on a splendid team and all my best wishes to the entire cabinet in their endeavours to make a stronger and equal India."

The actor was unable to mark his presence at the swearing-in ceremony as he was unwell. However, many B-Town celebs attended the event including, Alia Bhatt, Vivek Oberoi, Anupam Kher, Kangana Ranaut, Ranbir Kapoor and many more.
The twice-elected government led by PM Narendra Modi will have 24 Cabinet Ministers, 9 Ministers of State with Independent Charge and 24 Ministers of State.
