Subhash was found involved in a sexual harassment case. In 2014, the National Award-winning director was arrested on charges of molestation by Geetika Tyagi. When the #MeToo wave hit India, Subhash had to lose big projects like Gulshan Kumar biopic Mogul starring Aamir Khan as the actor was not ready to work with the tainted director.

We must respect the law of the land and the court’s verdict. Till the court passes a verdict, I won’t judge anybody."
