Randeep Hooda to star in Bhansali's mystery thriller?

Mumbai: Randeep Hooda has been roped in to play a lead in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's forthcoming production venture which is a mystery thriller, says report.

Sanjay Leela Bhansali's production banner is bustling at present with no less than three film are in various stages of development. The latest in the addition is SLB's film with Randeep.

There is a strong buzz that the yet-to-be-titled film is a mystery thriller with comic undertones and is set in hinterland. According to reports, Randeep will play a cop in the film directed by debutante Balwinder Singh Janjua.

The actor who is part of Kartik Aaryan and Sara Ali Khan starrer 'Love Aaj Kal' sequel will dive into the prep for Bhansali's production venture once the makers decides when to take the film on floors. Besides Bollywood, Hooda also has a Hollywood film with Chris Hemsworth in his kitty.

Besides the mystery thriller featuring Randeep, Bhansali Productions has announced four other films. The list includes, 'Tuesdays And Fridays', featuring Poonam Dhillon’s son Anmol Thakeria and Jhataleka Malhotra, a launch vehicle of Jaaved Jaaferi’s son Meezaan which will also star SLB's niece Sharmin Segal.

SLB will be bankrolling Abhishek Kapoor’s film on Balakot air strike and most importantly the filmmaker will be donning the directors hat for 'Inshallah' which marks his long-impending reunion with Salman Khan.
