Mumbai: The Sky Is Pink starrers Priyanka Chopra and Farhan Akhtar treated their fans by unveiling the much-awaited 'Wall of Love', which was a pack of beautiful pictures.
Earlier, the team of the film had come up with a unique idea to strengthen the bond with the public. They arranged an online contest for the audience to share stories of their loved ones, be it their parents, siblings, partners or even pets by sharing their stories on walloflove.in.
The lead couples selected some of their favourite pictures from all over the world. Those pictures were collaged to form the 'Wall of love'.
While talking about the flick, Priyanka said, "The film teaches us that whatever ups and down we face, whatever the situation may be, we should live our life happily."
"The ones on whom the film is based live in London. The minute the film is about real people, it is amazing. It will surely teach people many things. People can't point out any situation, which will be displayed, as unreal. The flick shows the intense love between the couple and also mark their journey filled with struggles. It is for all ages," added Farhan.
Sky Is Pink is based on the love story of a couple spanning 25 years, told through the lens of their spunky teenage daughter – Aisha Chaudhary, who was diagnosed with Pulmonary fibrosis.
Besides Priyanka and Farhan, the flick stars Zaira Wasim, Rohit Suresh and Sammy John Heaney in pivotal roles.
Helmed by Shonali Bose, the film is co-produced by Siddharth Roy Kapur, Ronnie Screwvala and Priyanka Chopra under the banner of RSVP Movies, Roy Kapur Films and Purple Pebble Pictures.
