Patna: Bhojpuri singer and actor Khesari Lal Yadav on Saturday paid a visit to the family members of the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput at his residence in Patna.
Yadav met Sushant's father KK Singh and cousin Neeraj Kumar Bablu.
Expressing condolences for the bereaved family, Yadav said that the entire country including Bihar hasn't yet recuperated from the tragic death of Sushant Singh Rajput.
He also pointed out that nepotism in Bollywood is nothing new. It has been happening for a long time now.
Speaking of the late actor, Yadav got emotional and said, "Sushant was a great person. People in Bihar and UP used to take pride in him. We have lost our pride. I am an artist too and can understand another artist."
Asked about nepotism in Bollywood, Yadav said, "This is nothing new. This has been happening for long. This matter is still under investigation, so I don't want to comment on anyone. But I would definitely say that after the departure of my brother Sushant Singh Rajput, those who are expressing anger, wish they had done so earlier. My brother (Sushant)would have made us proud now yet again."
