Mumbai: Actor Katrina Kaif's forthcoming film with Ali Abaas Zafar has got the title. After nearly six months of film's announcement, the makers have apparently revealed film's title.

According to the latest buzz, Katrina's first action drama as a leading lady has been titled Super Soldier. The film is currently in the pre-production stage and the team plans to roll once they are ready to return to the sets amid the coronavirus pandemic. Ali had also gone for location hunting after which the makers decided to shoot the film in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Poland, Georgia, and Uttarakhand.

While announcing the film in June this year, Ali has said that it was high time somebody in Bollywood took the brave step to invest in an action movie fronted by a female actor. "It is high time we have a film that is mounted with a woman with an international scale of action and storytelling. Somebody had to take the brave step. It is designed like a franchise, but let's see (how it goes)," quipped the filmmaker.

Katrina and the filmmaker have previously collaborated on his directorial debut Mere Brother Ki Dulhan after which they reunited for blockbusters Tiger Zinda Hai and Bharat. Super Soldier will mark their fourth collaboration together.
Meanwhile, Katrina will next be seen in Rohit Shetty's cop action drama Sooryavanshi, starring Akshay Kumar, and the horror comedy Phone Bhoot, co-starring Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ishaan Khatter.
