Mumbai: Filmmaker Karan Johar on Tuesday has unveiled the star cast of the upcoming film 'Takht'.
The ace director took to his social media to share the news with his fans and followers.
Karan shared a series of short videos on his Instagram story. In one of the videos, he captioned: "Space to create!" While in another subsequent video, he revealed the star cast of the film.
The clip shows black and white pictures of the film's star cast pinned on a wall.
The mega star cast includes Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Anil Kapoor, Vicky Kaushal, Bhumi Pednekar and Janhvi Kapoor. For the first time, the audience will get to see all the established actors together on the celluloid.
If reports are to be believed, the film's shooting will commence from February, next year.
Helmed by Karan Johar, the period drama is scheduled to hit the big screens in 2020.
