Jodhpur: Hearing the miscellaneous criminal petition filed in Rajasthan High Court on behalf of filmmaker-director Karan Johar, the Judge Pushpendra Singh Bhati ordered the police not to take drastic action.
At the same time, the petitioner has been instructed to present the case before the Research Officer through a legal representative or advisor.
Advocates Nishant Boda and Vijay Chaudhary, on behalf of Karan Johar, presented the petition before the High Court.
A case was filed against Karan Johar, cricketer Hardik Pandya and KL Rahul at the Luni police station for making vulgar remarks against women and promoting sexual offences in the year 2019 on the Koffee with Karan chat show.

They then subsequently approached the Rajasthan HC for quashing the FIRs.
The next hearing on the matter would be on February 5.
