Mumbai: Akshay Kumar and Kareena Kapoor Khan have wrapped up shooting for their upcoming film 'Good News'. The actors were joined by co-stars Diljit Dosanjh and Kiara Advani for a little celebration to mark the completion of their film on April 4.
The cast and crew of 'Good News' were all cheery as they wrapped up shooting for 'Good News' which went on floors a couple of months ago. The film marks a reunion of Akshay and Kareena after their 2007 release 'Kambakkht Ishq'.
Pictures of 'Good News' team's close-knit celebration are doing rounds of the internet. In one of the pictures, Kareena is seen seated in a wheelchair while Akshay is leaning on her lap whereas Diljit and Kiara seemingly could not hold their excitement.
Talking about working with Kareena and Diljit, Akshay in his earlier interview had said: "Working with Bebo (Kareena) is always fun but Diljit and I get along like a house on fire if I were to say so myself. Our Punjabi connect is amazing and I think it will show brilliantly on-screen."
Directed by Raj Mehta, 'Good News' is about a couple trying to have a baby. The film has been bankrolled by Karan Johar's Dharma Productions and Akshay Kumar's Cape of Good Films.
