Mumbai: Irrfan Khan who has been undergoing treatment for neuroendocrine tumour since 2018, opened up about his health, adding that he now understands what running out of time truly means.

Talking about his health in an interview, he said that some days are great and others are bad. When asked if the illness has changed his perspective towards life, he said that before the illness he was extremely busy and used to miss out time with kids and felt like he is running out of time. But now, he understands what running out of time truly means.

The actor is all set to hit the silver screen with his next Angrezi Medium. When asked whether he is nervous or excited, he said that all his anxiety has been exhausted with the roller-coaster ride of his disease. He is content that the team has been able to make a happy film. So, he is not nervous but happy.

Angrezi Medium is the sequel to the 2017 hit film Hindi Medium which starred Irrfan and Saba Qamar in the lead roles.

Recently, the team released a new dance track from the film titled Kudi Nu Nachne De on Wednesday. The foot-tapping number features Bollywood divas including Alia Bhatt, Anushka Sharma, Katrina Kaif and Kiara Advani among others.

Crooned by Vishal Dadlani and Sachin-Jigar, the three-minute and two-second video is fun to watch as the celebrities show off their impromptu and effortless dance moves in different locations, be it in the middle of the road or from a balcony.

Besides Irrfan, the flick features Kareena Kapoor Khan and Radhika Madan in pivotal roles.

The Dinesh Vijan production which has Homi Adajania on the director's seat will make it to the theatres on March 13.
