Mumbai: Television star Karanvir Bohra is set to mark his Bollywood debut with the upcoming film 'Hume Tumse Pyar Kitna'. The trailer has been dropped by the makers on Monday. It hints at a story of love turning into an obsession.
'Hume Tumse Pyar Kitna' features Priya Banerjee as the leading lady who has earlier appeared in films like '3 Dev', 'Dil Jo Na Keh Saka' and 'Jazbaa'.
The 2 minute-four second video begins with a blooming love story between Karanvir and Priya which takes an ugly turn after the latter chose to go with someone else.
Karanvir turns into a psycho lover after facing dejection in love. The actor plays a crazy man who is ready to go to any extent to win his love.
Interestingly, Karanvir has also portrayed a similar character in his popular TV serial 'Saubhagyavati Bhava' starring Smriti Jha as the female lead. In the show, Bohra played a pyscho husband who tortures his wife for his over-possessive behaviour. The daily soap was largely liked by the audience.
'Hume Tumse Pyar Kitna' also features Juhi Chawla as Karanvir's psychiatrist besides actor Sameer Kochar.
Directed by Lalit Mohan, the movie is produced by Mahendra Bohra & Belvie Productions. It is slated to hit the screens on June 28.
