Mumbai: Actor Swara Bhasker, who is making news for her latest web series Rasbhari, came out in support of Karan Johar. People have been protesting and boycotting the director, after the nepotism debate following Sushant Singh Rajput's demise.
Taking to her twitter handle, Swara said that although Karan is being questioned, he should be given credit for not removing the nepotism comment from his chat show.
She tweeted, "Let's take a moment & acknowledge that @karanjohar took this question on the chin, & answered in a candid & honest manner not taking unwarranted personal offense. Let’s also acknowledge that he didn't have the infamous #nepotism comment removed from his chat show which he cud’ve."
